Do I need to complete Course 1 before starting Course 2?
It is strongly recommended, though not enforced. Practical Basic FEA builds the universal modeling foundations that Practical Nonlinear FEA relies upon. Engineers with solid existing FEA experience may access either course at any time.
What are the prerequisites for the bundle?
A solid general physics background is required. A review of university-level solid mechanics, statics, and strength of materials is recommended before starting Course 1. Course 2 (Nonlinear FEA) additionally assumes familiarity with the fundamentals covered in Course 1, or equivalent practical experience.
Is the content software-agnostic?
