Despite recognizing the immense benefits of FEA in drastically refining their design work and engineering processes, many managers struggle with the intricacies of its implementation and application. This unease is not only about mastering the technical aspects, but also about effectively leading their teams to leverage FEA for optimal outcomes. It has become increasingly evident that a resource is necessary to connect the technical complexities of Finite Element Analysis with the knowledge for its proficient management.

This book is born from those conversations. So, whether you are a manager looking to enhance your team’s capabilities or an individual aspiring to be a part of such a team, this book is crafted to guide you through this transformative journey.
