Your book will be produced using a Print-on-Demand (POD) company, so it will need to be printed and bound before it is shipped to you.
 

Your book will be produced by print facilities in different parts of the world, depending on your delivery address. The print facilities are located in the following countries:

You will receive an email from the POD notifying you of a shipped package and including tracking information if the shipping method you have chosen is traceable. 

To calculate your shipping cost, you can place your book in the cart and start the checkout process. Enter the shipping information to calculate the shipping cost to your address.
 
Note that if you live in a country where printing facilities of the POD are available (Australia, Canada, European Community, United Kingdom, United States), then customs fees will NOT be charged to you.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged book, the POD company will provide a replacement copy. Please notify them within 30 days of your order’s shipment date.

It is recommended that you keep the email containing your order confirmation to communicate more easily with the POD.
